One thousand litre ferro-cement tank-3

A 5-feet diameter platform is built. A weld mesh is wrapped with chicken mesh (4 feet x 12 feet) on both sides with the help of binding wire. The weld mesh is then placed on the platform to create a round tank with 4 feet diameter and 3 feet height. Since weld mesh is of 4 feet, one feet equivalent is folded inside the tank. The structure is then plastered with cement and sand (1:3 ratio). As seen in the picture, a thousand litre tank is now ready. It may be closed with a suitable cover. Rain water stored in this tank can be used to grow trees.
