This method also uses three pre-cast rings, each of 4 feet diameter. The only difference is in the method of construction. On a 5 feet diameter platform the first ring is cast with the help of bricks from inside and outside. The frame is then placed on the first ring and the second ring is cast, thereafter the third ring is cast on top of the two already in place.
